The Project. An audit of the City of Vacaville’s Land Use and Development Code, the first phase of a two-phase effort to comprehensively update the Code and repurpose it as a flexible, effective, user-friendly tool to implement the General Plan.
The Result. The Land Use and Development Code Audit identified items for improvements, recommended changes to be made; presented a state-of-the-art organization, form, and style for a new code; and established a work plan for a comprehensive update. The Code update is underway.
