The Project. A comprehensive update of the City’s Zoning Code and Coastal Implementation Plan concurrent with Plan Morro Bay, a comprehensive General Plan and Local Coastal Plan update setting forth a comprehensive strategy for development and conservation in the City through the year 2040.
The Result. A comprehensive revision of the Morro Bay Zoning Code, Title 17 of the Morro Bay Municipal Code, in order to create a concise and user-friendly set of regulations that will implement the new General Plan/Local Coastal Plan and Downtown-Waterfront Strategic Plan and be consistent with State and federal law.
