The Project. A collaborative effort between members of the community, design professionals, and City of West Hollywood staff to develop a Neighborhood Overlay District and Design Guidelines for the Norma Triangle neighborhood.
The Result. The Neighborhood Overlay District and Design Guidelines address building size and shape, privacy, building variation, development quality, and livability issues to achieve the following goals:
Manage change within the neighborhood;
Protect desirable qualities and characteristics of the neighborhood; and
Allow flexibility for creative design solutions.
