The Project. A comprehensive update to the City of Alhambra’s Zoning Code to create a concise and user-friendly set of regulations to help implement the recently updated General Plan’s vision for neighborhood preservation and enhancement, economic development, environmental sustainability, and community health.
The Result. A state of-the-art, flexible, user-friendly Zoning Code that will serve as an effective tool to promote increased activity, pedestrian focus, and mixed-uses in activity nodes; enhance culturally diverse business districts; and provide appropriate transitions between land uses.
